Gurpreet
Believe it or not I wasn't always into fitness. In fact quite the opposite... I used to run my own pizza business, working long hours and living off fast food. Over time, I found myself out of shape and lacking energy and I knew something had to change.
I was always a little active, playing football and hitting the gym now and again, but I didn't have any real direction or goals. I'd lose a bit of weight and then put it right back on.
Sound familiar?
Eventually, I decided I needed to stop guessing and start learning. Like many people I turned to social media and online influencers, but the overload of conflicting advice just left me more confused. That's when I realised I needed to strip things back and focus on the basics... productive workouts and good nutrition.
I started working with an experienced personal trainer who taught me the fundamentals, and from there I was hooked. I soaked up everything I could and made it my mission to help others avoid the mistakes I made! (Thank You MD)
For the last 5 years I've been working as a personal trainer in Kent and Leicester. Now I'm excited to bring my knowledge, experience and passion for fitness and provide it to everyone with my specialist Online Coaching Programs.

The carefully personalised planned exercises were definitely tough to do and challenging which is what you want. He knew my busy schedule with work, family and other commitments and he was always very understanding and accommodating. Every time I spoke to him it was like I've known him for years, he listened well and each call was on how to move to the next step in the journey. He was always available when I needed him and even when I had to reschedule my calls, he worked around you, which I really appreciated. If you're busy and can't go gym that's not a problem as can customise workouts for the home and with the equipment you have. I would highly recommend working with Gurps and his training program as each week I noticed a difference where I was getting stronger and fitter and could see a body transformation happening.
What I really appreciate is how approachable and supportive he is there's no pressure, just pure guidance and motivation. I've hit new PRs, feel stronger overall, and actually look forward to training now.
